Neels Gap – Hogpen Gap

Day 5  — 13 July 2014 (6.9 miles)

Pretty flowers and plenty of rain today.  

We met Time Lapse at Wolf Laurel Top making a time lapse video of the view.

Mark was singing in the rain as he hiked in his umbrella.

Time Lapse caught us headed down the mountain and didn’t have any rain gear so Mark gave him a TAG wetsuit to use.

He headed off, and we caught up with him at Cowrock Mountain.  He had warmed up and the rain had died, so he decided on doing another video

We met Math Doc & Lawyer at Testanee Gap taking a 0 day due to Lawyer’s feet.

The hike up Wildcat Mountain wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.
