Day 2 – 28 Jun 2014 (7.7 miles)

Today was the day I earned my trail name — Flintstone due to my camp shoes.  Bling was behind me for a while and kept staring at my Skeltoes on the outside of my pack.  I would hear him giggling and ask what, and time after time it was about the Flintstone feet on the back of my pack.

There was no drama, and Prospector hiked his own hike and tried his panning on the streams again…  Bling and I hiked together and had a great time.

We arrived at Gooch Shelter about 4PM… Before the rain which was nice 🙂
