Triad XE

This is a Vargo Outdoors “Multi-fuel” stove.  It is an alcohol stove that you can burn Esbit style fuel tablets.

Pros:

• Light weight (titanium)
• burns alcohol or tablets
• burns golden grain (multi use fuel… runs stove and hiker)

Cons

• Alcohol not best in cold weather
• can’t simmer
• can be hard to start
